How to claim your On Me gift card

Your On Me gift can be delivered via SMS, email, or a direct link from your sender. When you receive the link, tap it to open your gift.

Here's what happens next:

1. Tap ‘Claim your gift’

Follow the guided steps to claim your gift and add it to your On Me account. You can always find your gifts in the My Gifts tab in the On Me app and online.

2. Send a Thank You Note (optional, but recommended!)

You’ll have the chance to add a personal note to let your sender know how much you appreciate their gift.

3. Download the On Me app

Install the On Me app from the App Store or Google Play Store in order to add your gift card to your digital wallet, track your balance and purchases, and easily send gifts to friends and family.

4. Sign in or create an account

Use the same phone number you used when claiming your gift.

5. Add to your mobile wallet

Now, you can add your gift card to Apple Pay® or Google Wallet™ for easy spending in-store and online.
