At On Me, every gift is made to be personal, thoughtful — and instantly available.

🎁 Can I get a refund for a gift card?

Once a gift card is purchased, the funds are immediately made available for the recipient to spend. Because of this instant availability, we’re unable to offer refunds for gift cards that have already been created. Refund and exchange policies are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

🔁 Can I change how a gift is delivered?

Yes! If your recipient hasn’t redeemed their gift yet, you can change the delivery method anytime.

You can:

• Switch from SMS to email, or vice versa
• Copy a direct link to share however you like

This ensures your gift is received in the way that’s best for them.

📦 What if the gift wasn’t received?

Track your On Me gift cards, every step of the way. If you’re ever unsure whether your gift was delivered or redeemed, head to the My Gifts tab in the app or website.
