Check your card balance

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Tap the Cards tab
3. Your current balance will be displayed on each of your cards

Increase your card balance

On Me gift cards work like debit cards, so you can only spend as much as you have. Before you make a purchase, check your gift card balance to ensure you have enough funds, and add funds if needed!

You can add funds online or through the On Me app. The minimum amount is $5.

When you add funds, a new card with your updated balance will be issued, and your old card will be deactivated. Don’t worry — your balance moves with you!

1. Head to onme.com/gifts and log in
2. Select your gift, then hit the card icon in the top right
3. Tap Add funds

In the On Me app

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Go to the Cards tab
3. Tap Add funds

Freeze your card

If you’ve lost your device or want to temporarily pause usage:

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Head to the Cards tab
3. Select your card and tap Freeze Card
4. You can unfreeze anytime if the card hasn’t been replaced.
