Order number and account info
If you placed a gift card order, please share your order number with support. To find your order number, check your inbox for an order confirmation email from noreply@onme.com. Or, visit onme.com/orders (must be logged in).
Please also share your full name, and the phone number associated with your account. This information is kept confidential, and support conversations are secure.
