Overview
On Me sells digital products only. All gift card products are delivered electronically. Because nothing physical ships, physical returns do not apply and there are no shipping charges and no restocking fees on any order.
Defective or Undelivered Items
We stand behind every purchase. A product is considered defective if it:
- Was not delivered to the intended recipient due to an error on our part
- Cannot be redeemed because of a technical error on our part
- Was incorrectly issued (wrong amount or wrong product)
A product is not considered defective in cases of:
- Buyer's remorse
- Accidental or duplicate purchase
- Sending to an incorrect recipient address/number entered by the customer
- Inability to use a product due to the customer's device or technical limitations
How to Report a Defect
Email support@onme.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. There is nothing to ship back — digital products are verified on our end.
Resolution
Once we confirm the defect, we will either reissue/correct the product or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you. There are no fees of any kind.
For All Other Transactions
For all other transactions, purchases are final as described in our Terms of Service.
