E-SIGN Consent Disclosure

This E-Sign Consent Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to all communications, documents, disclosures, and notices ("Communications") for the products and services offered by On Me Gifting Inc. and Secure Gift Holdings LLC ("On Me," "we," "us," or "our") and our bank partner, Sutton Bank.

By clicking to accept these terms, you agree that you have read, understood, and consent to receive all Communications electronically. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Scope of Communications

Communications include, but are not limited to:

  • Agreements and policies required to use our services (e.g., this Disclosure, the On Me Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy).
  • The Sutton Bank Cardholder Agreement and GLBA Privacy Notice.
  • Transaction receipts, confirmations, and history.
  • Periodic statements and tax forms (if applicable).
  • Customer service communications and legal notices regarding your account.

2. Method of Delivery

We will provide Communications to you by:

  • Posting them on the On Me website (onme.com);
  • Delivering them through the On Me mobile application; or
  • Sending them to the primary email address associated with your On Me account.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

  • A computer or mobile device with an active internet connection.
  • A modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) with cookies enabled.
  • A valid email account that you check regularly.
  • Sufficient storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them.
  • A program capable of opening PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

4. How to Withdraw Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting us at support@onme.com.

Note: Because our services are provided digitally, withdrawing your consent may result in the immediate termination of your account and your ability to use the On Me platform. Upon withdrawal, any remaining Gift Card Value or funds will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.

5. Requesting Paper Copies

We do not generally provide paper copies of Communications. However, if you require a paper copy of a specific legal disclosure, you may request one by emailing support@onme.com with an explanation of why this is needed. We may charge a fee for the preparation and mailing of paper records as permitted by law.

6. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date. You can update your contact information through the Account Settings section of the On Me application or by contacting support. You agree that any Communication sent to an incorrect email address provided by you will be deemed to have been provided to you.

7. Acknowledgment and Consent

By selecting the checkbox or clicking the button to "Agree" or "Apply," you acknowledge that:

  1. You can access and read this Disclosure in its entirety.
  2. You meet the hardware and software requirements listed above.
  3. You consent to receive Communications electronically as described herein.
