Spend your gift card

Using your On Me gift card is simple! It is designed to work seamlessly online and in-store, just like any debit card.

🛍️ Where it works

Your gift card can be used at any participating brand within your card’s category. You can view the full list of supported brands by selecting the Card tab in the On Me app.

🧠 On Me gift cards are category-based. For example, the "Running On Me" card works across many running-related brands, giving you the freedom of choice!

🛒 Shop in-store and online

• Follow our guide to claim your gift card and add it to your Apple Pay® or Google Wallet™
• Tap to pay wherever contactless payments are accepted. Or, locate your 16-digit card number in Card tab in the On Me app.
• If prompted for a PIN at checkout, enter 0000.
• If your card balance doesn't cover the full amount at checkout, increase your balance or split your payment.

🧾 Your card balance updates automatically with each purchase. You can continue using the card until the balance runs out.
