Manage your gift card

Everything you need to view, update, or freeze your card — straight from the On Me app.

💳 Check your card balance

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Tap the Cards tab
3. Your current balance will be displayed on each of your cards

➕ Increase your card balance

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Go to the Cards tab
3. Tap Increase Balance
4. A new card with the updated balance will be added to your Apple Pay® or Google Wallet™, and your old card will be deactivated

Don’t worry — your balance moves with you. The old card will no longer work once the new one is created.

Freeze your card

If you’ve lost your device or want to temporarily pause usage:

1. Log into the On Me app
2. Head to the Cards tab
3. Select your card and tap Freeze Card
4. You can unfreeze anytime if the card hasn’t been replaced.
