Issue and Deliver Gifts Programmatically
The On Me API will give partners a simple, developer-friendly way to browse On Me’s catalog, issue rewards, manage delivery, and track what happens after a gift is sent. Through the catalog endpoint, companies will be able to pull available On Me products into their own apps, platforms, or workflows, including curated multi-brand cards, category-based rewards, denominations, discounts, artwork, descriptions, and redemption details. From there, they can create orders programmatically, send one or multiple gifts at a time, choose the delivery method — email, SMS, or link — and include key personalization details like recipient name, sender name, or message where supported. The API is designed to be retry-safe, so duplicate requests do not accidentally create duplicate charges, and teams can use sandbox keys to test the full flow before going live.
Track, Manage, and Report on Every Gift
After a gift is created, teams will be able to manage and monitor the full reward lifecycle from their own systems. They can check order and gift status, confirm whether a gift was sent, opened, claimed, added to wallet, redeemed, expired, canceled, or resent, and use event-based updates to power internal reporting, customer communications, or automated follow-up workflows. The API will also support account and balance visibility, so companies can understand available funds before issuing gifts and reconcile spend over time.
