Can’t find your gift? We’ve got you covered.

If you received an On Me gift a few months ago and can't quite track it down, don't worry, it’s not gone! Here is how to find it:

Check the App: Log in to onme.com or the On Me app using your phone number. If you’ve already redeemed the gift, it will be waiting for you under the Gifts tab.

Search Your Inbox/Texts: If it’s not in the app yet, search your email or text messages for "On Me." (Pro-tip: Check your spam or "Promotions" folder just in case!)

Check Your Printables: If you received a physical card, the QR code is your key.
