Help, I can't find my gift!

Gift links

If you sent a gift, and chose the "I'll send it myself" option, you are responsible for sharing the gift link with your intended receiver. Here's how to find the gift link:

  1. Create an account and sign in
  2. Navigate to onme.com/gifts or the Gifts tab in the app, and choose your gift
  3. You'll see a button to generate and share a unique gift link

If you are expecting to receive a gift, but can't find it, it's possible that your sender hasn't shared the gift link with you yet.

Printables

If you sent a gift, and chose the "I'll print it myself" option, you are responsible for printing the QR code for your intended receiver. Here's how to find the printable:

  1. Create an account and sign in
  2. Navigate to onme.com/gifts or the Gifts tab in the app, and choose your gift
  3. You'll see a button to print your gift's QR code.

Gifts sent from On Me

Gifts can be sent from On Me by automated email or text.

Gifts delivered by automated email are sent from noreply@onme.com. Sometimes, these emails can land in your Promotions or Spam inboxes.

Gifts delivered by automated text are sent from a secure phone number: (866) 833-3042.

No gifts found

If you created an On Me account, but don't see your gift, it's possible that your gift is attached to a different phone number or email address. Please verify your email in Account Settings to attach your gifts to your account.
