About Thank You Notes and Gift Threads

Thank You Notes are part of Gift Threads, a feature that lets you message the sender after receiving a gift. You can use threads to say thanks, chat back and forth, or share a video showing off what you bought!

Send a Thank You Note

Sending a Thank You Note is a great way to express gratitude to the person who sent you an On Me gift card, and let them know that you received the gift.

You may be prompted to send a Thank You Note while you claim your gift. This step is recommended, but optional. If you wish to claim your gift without sending a Thank You Note, simply hit the "Skip" button. You can send messages in Gift Threads — including Thank You Notes — at any time.

View a Thank You Note

If you received a Thank You Note, you may have received a notification from On Me. Hit the link in that notification, and you'll be navigated to your Gift Thread with the receiver of your gift. This is your area to view and respond to Thank You Notes.

You must have an account and be signed in to send and receive messages in Gift Threads — including Thank You Notes. If you are signed in, but don't see any messages, please contact support.

Getting there

Navigating to your Gift Thread is easy online, and in the app.

Online at onme.com:

• Log in to your account
• Navigate to "My gifts" using the link under your avatar in the upper right (desktop), or the link in the menu (mobile).
• Choose your Gift Thread
• Click "Messages"

In the On Me app:

• Log in to your account
• Choose the Gifts tab
• Choose your Gift Thread
• Click "Messages"
