Track your sent gifts
Learn how to track your sent gifts with On Me
With On Me, you can track every gift you've sent on the My Gifts page.
To get to the My Gifts page, log in to your account and navigate to onme.com/gifts.
If you do not already have an account, you can create a new account to view and track your sent gifts. Make sure to verify your email at onme.com/account/settings to ensure that you can view gifts that you've already sent.
I'm logged in, why can't I see a gift I sent?
If you are logged in, make sure you verify the email you used when you sent your gift at onme.com/account/settings in order to attach your gift to your account.
Gift statuses
Each gift shows a progress tracker with several stages. You’ll see a green checkmark under each completed stage.

Confirmed
Your order was successfully confirmed, and your gift ready to send. -
Sent
We’ve delivered your gift via SMS or email. If you scheduled your gift, check back later to confirm. -
Gift Link Copied
If you chose to send your gift yourself, be sure to copy your gift link, and send it to your recipient. -
Opened
Your recipient has opened your gift! Note: this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s been claimed yet.
Edit and resend your gift
From the Order Confirmation page or the My Gifts details panel, you can:
- Change delivery method
- Edit recipient info if the gift hasn’t been opened yet
- Copy your Gift Link to send it yourself
- Resend the gift if it wasn’t received the first time
