Making changes to an On Me order after checking out
To ensure that our gift cards are delivered truly instantly, we process orders immediately after they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, here’s what’s possible.
Update delivery details
Made a typo? You can update your recipient's delivery details, including their phone number and email address, directly through the On Me website and app.
- Create an account and sign in
- Navigate to onme.com/gifts or the "Gifts" tab in the app, and choose your gift
- Use the "Update delivery method" button
Please note that you can only update delivery details before your gift card has been claimed. If a gift card has been claimed, and you need to make a change, please contact support.
Change your gift note
After a gift is sent, the gift note cannot be edited. Please contact support if needed.
Change your gift card category
If a gift card has been sent, but not yet claimed, we may be able to change the gift card category. Please contact support and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
