Making changes to an On Me order after checking out

To ensure that our gift cards are delivered truly instantly, we process orders immediately after they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, here’s what’s possible.

Update delivery details

Made a typo? You can update your recipient's delivery details, including their phone number and email address, directly through the On Me website and app.

  1. View your order confirmation page, using the link in your confirmation email
  2. Sign up or sign in using the buttons at the bottom of the page to attach the gift to your account
  3. Navigate to onme.com/gifts or the "Gifts" tab in the app, and choose your gift
  4. Use the "Update delivery method" button

Please note that you can only update delivery details before your gift card has been claimed.

Change the name of the recipient

After a gift is sent, the name of the recipient cannot be edited.

Change your gift note

After a gift is sent, the gift note cannot be edited.

Cancel your order

In most cases, orders can't be canceled after they are placed, and we are unable to offer refunds. Please reach out to support if you have any questions.
