What to do if my gift link has expired?

Gift Link & Expiration Info: While gift links expire 90 days after the order is placed, the actual gift funds never expire.

If you are the sender, follow these steps to get your link:

1. Navigate to onme.com/gifts (or the Gifts tab in the app).
2. Select your gift.
3. Click the button to generate and share your unique gift link.

If you received a gift and the link no longer works:

• Check your account: Sign in to onme.com to see if the gift has already been redeemed.
• Request a new link: If the gift isn't in your account, please ask the sender to generate a new link for you.
• If you'd prefer not to contact the sender, you can reach out to Support instead. Please provide the sender's name and email, along with the phone number or email address where you'd like to receive the new gift link.
