What is a Quick Gift?
A Quick Gift is the fastest way to send a one-off gift when you don't need to create a full campaign template. It is perfect for spontaneous or individual occasions, such as sending a "Lunch on me" gift card to a teammate or a birthday surprise to a colleague.
How to send a Quick Gift
- Click Send gifts in the navigation menu.
- Select Send a Quick gift.
- Fill out the gift and recipient details from scratch, then complete your order.
Managing your Quick Gifts
Once your order is placed, you can manage it entirely from the Orders tab. From there, you can:
- Track Order Status: View the details and real-time status of your gift.
- Download Invoices: Quickly grab a PDF invoice for your expense reports.
- Send Reminders: Gently remind your recipient to redeem their gift if they haven't opened it yet.
