Why am I not receiving a code?

Reasons why you may not be receiving a code.

For account creation: We only accept US phone numbers for SMS verification. Make sure you're using a valid US mobile number that can receive texts.

Are you using a Google Voice number? We don't accept Google Voice numbers - you'll need to use a regular US phone number instead.

For adding to Apple/Google Wallet: If you're trying to add a gift card to your mobile wallet, go to the On Me app and click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" - it's really easy and if you follow those steps, the card will be added.
