A Gift Straight From the Heart of the Hobby
BoardGameGeek is one of the biggest communities in tabletop gaming, where millions of players rate games, write reviews, track their collections, and argue happily about their favorites. The BoardGameGeek Store brings that community's passion to life with games, accessories, promos, and merch made for people who take game night seriously. For many hobby gamers, BGG is the first place they look before buying anything new. That makes a BoardGameGeek Store gift feel like it comes straight from the heart of the hobby. With a Board Games On Me card, your recipient can pick the game, expansion, or accessory that's been sitting at the top of their wishlist. And if they want to shop elsewhere, the card also works at Asmodee, Game Nerdz, Cardhaus Games, and more.

For the Friend With a Shelf of Shame
Every serious board gamer has a stack of unplayed games and an even longer list of ones they still want. They know exactly which titles are rising in the rankings and which expansions finally fix their favorite game. That makes them notoriously hard to shop for, because any game you pick might already be on their shelf. A BoardGameGeek Store gift through a Board Games On Me card solves that instantly. Your recipient gets the joy of choosing, and you get credit for a gift they'll actually bring to the table. Just don't be surprised if they invite you to learn the rules.
Why the BoardGameGeek Store Makes a Great Gift
Gamers Do Their Homework
Hobby gamers rarely buy on impulse. They read reviews, watch playthroughs, and check rankings before committing to a new title. The BoardGameGeek community is often where that research happens. A gift card lets your recipient follow that process and land on exactly the right game. It respects their expertise instead of asking them to fake excitement over a guess. That's a gift that feels thoughtful from start to finish.
Upgrades for the Table
Great game nights need more than the box itself. Card sleeves, organizers, playmats, and dice towers all make the experience smoother and more fun. Many gamers love upgrading their favorite titles with these extras. A Board Games On Me card covers those finishing touches too. Your recipient can mix a new game with the accessories that make it shine. Their whole group will notice the difference.

“As a senior retiree, my thumbs don't go at Mach 1, and I don't always find apps easy to use. But I found this one very intuitive. Choosing a category like hiking makes me feel like I at least put a little effort into knowing what types of gift the recipient would want.”
