Learn how to claim your On Me gift card

Your On Me gift can be delivered via SMS, email, or a direct link from your sender. When you receive the link, tap it to open your gift.

Here's what happens next:

1. Unwrap your gift

Congratulations on receiving an On Me gift card! Read the note from the gift sender, the follow the guided steps that follow.

2. Create an account or sign in

Create an account with your name, date of birth, and phone number (US phone numbers only). We use your date of birth to confirm you're old enough for our service, and to verify your identity if you ever need to recover your account.

3. Send a Thank You Note (optional, but recommended!)

Add a personal note to let your sender know how much you appreciate their gift. If you skip this step, you can send messages, photos, and videos later through your Gift Thread!

4. You're ready to spend!

At this point, you can use your 16-digit card number to shop in-store and online.
