Refunds from merchants

When you request a refund from a merchant after using your On Me gift card, the funds don’t return instantly. Since On Me cards work like debit cards, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process, depending on the merchant and their payment provider.

There’s nothing you need to do while the refund is being processed, your On Me balance will update automatically once the funds clear. If it’s been more than 30 full business days and you still haven’t seen the refund, feel free to reach out to support and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
